there are 343, so you only have one more to find. good luck. I was stuck on 342 for a long time, the last place i discovered was a cave called southfringe sanctum. I know it would be a big coincidence, but maybe that is it for you also, its south of fort Neugrad. at the very bottom of the map.
I've found 344. The last one I found was the Wreck of the Winter War. Don't know if there's anymore to find.

How many locations are there in Skyrim?there are 9 holds:

All I know is that there's at least 250-300 unique dungeons
