Is the Oblivion controls the same for Skyrim on XBOX?

I really like Skyrim, an planning to get Oblivion. Are the Oblivion controls the same as Skyrim?Is the Oblivion controls the same for Skyrim on XBOX?
Yes, almost identical, im sure if anything was different the tutorials/book would tell you this:)
the only major change is you cant specify which hand u put a certain weapon in. like in skyrim you can dual weild two one handed weapons, i played oblivion about 3 differnt times and never could dual weild any weapons. one hand is magic and the other is for a weapon unless you have a sheild or a two handed weapon. mostly everything else is the same.Is the Oblivion controls the same for Skyrim on XBOX?
