Is there a oblivion mod that changes the oblivion magic system to the skyrim magic system?

I recently played Skyrim and I already love the magic system. Unfortuantely I have not managed to get round to buying it yet since i need computer upgrades. Anyway is there a mod that changes the Oblivion magic system to the magic system in skyrim. I love how you can duel cast magic etc. I would also like to know if there is a mod that lets you have dual wield weapons like in skyrim. Not yet. I'd keep my eyes peeled, though. You never know what the modding community is going to come up with next.
