Is downloading a free port of skyrim to a mac illegal?

I really want to get Skyrim for my mac but i dont want to pay an extra 110 bucks so i can bootcamp my mac. But their is a free download of the game tweaked a little so its playable for a mac. Since its free, is it considered an illegal download?Is downloading a free port of skyrim to a mac illegal?
Illegality of this type of action depends on what country u live in. Some countries are very strict and others don't care. Check your laws.



As for the morality of it (which is what u REALLY should be concerned with), it is wrong to download it for free...unless u have purchased the game previously.



If u bought the PC version already, and a MAC version is not offered for sale, then it's morally acceptable to obtain a MAC version.
