The only two NPC's I know of that can't be killed that are also marriable are Derkeethus (who isn't a female, so moving on...) and Mjoll the Lioness (who is a female). Just complete her quest where you have to find her sword in some Dwemer ruins for her. After that, you can have as both a follower and a wife.Can you marry any invincible players in skyrim?
for the pc version there is a command for the follower you get out of whiterun to marry you and she wont be able to die

You can marry Mjoll the Lioness in Riften if you do her quest to go through a Dwemer ruin, and afterwards, she can not be killed
Yea, but if you marry Mjoll you CANNOT get a divorce.
