Its hard to say until Bethseda officially release them but it should be something similar to this...

AMD CPU - Athlon II X2 240
Nvidia GFX Card - GeForce GT 420
ATI GFX Card - Radeon HD 5670 512MB

if Bethseda release any system requiements this will be one of the first places to find them (:

Hope it helps (:

EDIT: I just found out that Bethseda plan on releasing the official system requirements in October, but still no specific date...What do you think will be the Skyrim minimum and recommended specs?
It's a question of how you expect the game to look. It may well be the case that you have to turn so many features off to play Skyrim that it looks worse than Oblivion on your system. The ageing original Far Cry game, for example, looks better in top resolution with everything turned on, a few mods etc, running at a constant 60fps, than Crysis looks running in medium-low 1024x768, at 25fps.

My system breezes through Oblivion, but I worry about Skyrim! My hunch is that if you can play the old game with 4xAA and everything on, expect to play the new one with no AA and a few settings in medium. One thing I will do the night before the game arrives is put all 300gb of files on my computer on an external hard drive and defrag. Like Oblivion, load skipping will probably be a bigger issue than frame rate.
