Where and how do you get married in skyrim?

I know you can get married in skyrim because ive seen the achievement, but how and where do i get married?Where and how do you get married in skyrim?
Go to Riften once you get there go to bee and barb, inside there talk to a man named Maramal he will tell you about the amulet of mara and sell you one for 200 gold. Once you buy one put it on and talk to certain people and once you do a quest for them, they will have a speech option that says "Are you interested in me" then you say yes, then they say meet at the church the next day to get married. But you only marry certain people not just anyone you want ok.

I married Ysolda from whiterun all i had to do was put on the amulet of mara, and get her a mammoth tusk then she said are you interested...there you go
You can get married anytime and anywhere. First you must have an amulet of Mara to get married. To get this amulet you either have to complete the Book of Love quest or you can purchase one from Maramal, who is a monk in the temple of mara in riften for 200 septims. The amulet gives certain new dialogue options with various NPCs in the game. To get married, first go to Riften and buy a amulet of mara from the priest in the temple of mara, then find someone who you want to marry, and talk to them, if they are interested then they will say and then ask you if you are, if you say you are they'll say that its set, and you can go back to riften and talk to the priest again and ask for your wedding, and then attend the wedding the next day

In my opinion the two best female people to marry are Camila at the riverwood trader, because she will carry on the shop what ever house she's at and bring in money for you
And Aela at the companions in jorvaskr, who will marry you after you'v completed the companions questline, because she's a good archer, and if you accept a quest from her she becomes immortal, and she will also teach you archery for ''free'' if you go into her inventory and take it back
