How should i upgrade my Redguard on Skyrim?

I want to know what skills i should upgrade first as I am playing skyrim. I'm only level 5 but only upgrading the single handed perks. I want to know if i should upgrade anything else. Any suggestions? Also I want to work towards dragonscale armor. How should i upgrade my Redguard on Skyrim?
Perks into heavy armor, 1 hand weapon, blacksmith, block, and alchemy for healing pots. Shouts instead of magic... Use only heavy armor a 1 hand weapon (whatever you want to spec in sword or mace or axe.) Use shield for blocking and collect materials for potions as you quest and explore.

when you get a level move up in health if your having to use alot of potions or stamina if your running out of stamina when making attacks with your 1 hand weapon. Don't level magic at all.How should i upgrade my Redguard on Skyrim?
I am a level 33 redguard and so far i have went with a full health build which has served well. I have upgraded all heavy armour perks to the max i can get them and originally started out with one handed weapons in which i simply got the first perks up as i found the others unnecessary, but i recently became bored of one handed weapons and have started with two handed weapons. I find this a more enjoyable play and makes you feel a lot stronger as you can one hit imperials and stormcloak etc.How should i upgrade my Redguard on Skyrim?
smithing then
easy way to get to lv100 smithing is to travel round all the cities blacksmiths and buy all the iron ingots and leather strips you can
then just make lots of iron daggers at the forge
they level smithing up fastest
early levels around 50 it only takes 3 or 4 daggers per level but 90 to 100 is around 12 daggers per level so you can level up to 100 smithing in no time and make dragon armor
Well, you should consider Redguards combat oriented characters, so all perks should be attributed to the combat related constellations, or the "orange aura zone". Depending on your play style, you may want to attribute your skills to one-handed, blocking, and/or two-handed weapons. Besides that, other perks go towards heavy armor. I personally attributed enough perks to magicka to dual-cast spells., then didn't touch it again. secondary to everything else, theres like speech-craft and other general attributes.

But remember that your ability to upgrade weapons is directly correlated to what you use. Your skill number for two handed is based off of how much you use two handed weapons, and some perks are only available after you reached a certain number (i. e., if you are a 29 skill in two-handed, you have to continue to use two handed to get to 30, which will open up the next perk, and so on).
