How do I turn mouse acceleration off in Skyrim for the map?
Modify this line in your skyrim.ini file:

fMapLookMouseSpeed=3.000



If the line is not present, add it. U can try various variables instead of 3.000 to see what satisfies u.



skyrim.ini is located here:

C:\users\ YOUR USER NAME \my documents\my games\skyrim\skyrim.ini
